As for the negotiation process, Rob was present and attentive at all times, showing a thorough knowledge of not only the homebuying landscape in this county but of the requirements for our Closing, as well as the ability to represent our interests to our satisfaction, in the face of manipulations by agents on the other side of the proverbial table. We found our Closing, in fact, to be uncannily smooth and we are happy to attribute our preparedness to Rob's diligent work. It gives us great pleasure to recommend him to other potential Buyers.
